Sites for AI data centers that start with power

PALLAS finds, tests and prepares sites in Indonesia for AI data centers and GPU campuses. We start with the power supply, then land, fiber and permits.

Four things we check at every site

We only put a site forward once all four have been checked.

How the platform works
Strategic land

Strategic land

Enough core land, good access, and room to grow in phases.

Scalable energy

Scalable energy

Enough power, available on time, at a sensible price.

Global connectivity

Global connectivity

High-capacity fiber, ideally over more than one route.

Development readiness

Development readiness

Permits, local government and community support, and the business case.

Energy first, land second

We start from a large, affordable power source. Land, transmission and networks around it come after.

  1. 01Power source

Geothermal, hydro, gas, solar or the PLN grid near the site.

  2. 02Capacity & power price

How many MW can be delivered, when, and at what cost.

  3. 03Land & networks

Land, transmission routes and fiber that can reach that source.

  4. 04Site package

A site ready to be assessed by data center developers and funders.

Common questions

What is PALLAS AI Infrastructure?

PALLAS AI Infrastructure is an initiative of PT Properti Alam Selaras that finds, tests and prepares sites for AI data centers and GPU campuses in Indonesia. We start from the power source, then look for land, fiber and a permitting path around it.

Why do AI data center sites start with power?

AI data centers need a very large and stable power supply. Land is relatively easy to find; hundreds of megawatts are not. So we check the power source, grid capacity and time to power first.

How large are the sites PALLAS prepares?

The target is 30–50 ha of core land, an initial power path of at least 100 MW, an expansion path of at least 500 MW and a long-term aspiration of 1 GW or more. These are programme targets, not a guarantee that every parameter is available.

Where does PALLAS look for sites?

There are six early-study corridors today: North Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, West Java, Central Java and East Java. The national screening stays open, so other regions can still be added.

Who can work with PALLAS?

AI developers and data center operators looking for a site, owners of power, land, fiber or utilities, investors, and government bodies and institutions. All of them can reach us through the Contact page.
